Realist Development

Realist Development is a real estate developer in Mauritius building residential projects, including Coconut Grove. As a newer name on the market, it needed a website that would establish its presence and earn the trust of buyers, investors and partners.

What it needed

• Showcase several projects, each with its own page, and make the portfolio easy to understand.
• Look like an established, credible developer.
• Answer buyers' questions and stay up to date as new projects launch.
• Work in English and French.

I first built Realist's bilingual corporate website in 2024. In 2026, I redesigned it completely to match the company's growth, keeping the projects at the centre.

Building trust

An FAQ answers common buyer questions, client testimonials add social proof, and smooth animations with a strong visual hierarchy give the brand a modern, confident feel.

A blog lets the team publish news and market updates, keeping the site fresh and building search visibility over time.

Realist Development has a corporate website that presents it as a serious player in the Mauritius real estate market.
