Personal data collected

When you use the contact form, the website check or book a call, I collect the details you choose to give: your name, email address, phone number, company and what you write about your project. Clients also share billing and project information. The website keeps limited technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep it secure and stop spam.

Why it is used

Your data is used to reply to you, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver and support your project, send invoices, and protect the website from abuse. It is never sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

I process personal data based on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations, depending on the context.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted once they are no longer needed. Client and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules in Mauritius require, then deleted or anonymised.

Security and transfers

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. Some service providers may process data outside Mauritius; safeguards are applied where required.

How to make a request

To access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, send a request through the contact page with the email address you used. I may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it, and I will reply within one month.
