01Challenge
Coconut Grove is a residential development by Realist Development, with modern apartments and penthouses in Mauritius. The project falls under Mauritius's G+2 scheme, which allows foreigners to buy apartments, so its website had to sell to two audiences: local buyers and international investors who may never visit before deciding.
What it needed
- Show the apartments, penthouses and lifestyle of a project that buyers can't always see in person.
- Speak to local and international buyers, in English and French.
- Turn interest into qualified leads for the sales team.
02Solution
I built a bilingual, visual-first project website in PHP, designed to take a buyer from first impression to enquiry.
Visuals that do the selling
Large images, clean layouts and clear typography present the architecture and the apartment types. For an overseas buyer, the website is the showroom.
Built to capture leads
Visitors can download the project brochure or send an enquiry from forms placed throughout the site. Both give the sales team a contact to follow up, not just an anonymous visit.
03Results
Coconut Grove has a dedicated sales website that works for buyers in Mauritius and abroad.
- A showroom online: apartments, penthouses and lifestyle presented in both languages.
- Leads, not just visits: brochure downloads and enquiry forms feed the sales team.
- Part of a bigger picture: the project sits alongside the developer's corporate site, which I also built.
